Two design projects by IID/TAD students have been selected as the finalists in Herald Design Tech 2015. The exhibition will be held during Seoul Design Week 2015 from December 2~6 at Seoul Design Market in DDP (Dongdaemun Design Plaza). One of the projects is a reading app combined with character feature called, 다다읽소, designed by Yein Jo (IID 12). The other is SPICKI, an emotional messenger thin as a paper, designed by Jeebin Yim (IID 12), Shinyoung Mo (IID 12) and Hyejin Park (CTM 12).
Herald Design Tech 2015 is a competition that aims to merge design and technology to create innovative designs for the future. The 100-day project, co-organized by Herald Corporation and Seoul Design Foundation, invited designers and engineers to collaborate on creating new innovative designs, and the finalists are given a one million won prize. Our student projects were two of the five finalists this year.
